Customer assumes all responsibilities for all damages to limousines. We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle. The client and booking party agrees not to smoke in the vehicle,. Client agrees to pay immediately for any damages caused to the limousine and authorizes change to be applied in his/her credit card without signing charge draft slip. Standing out of the moon roof is unlawful and run will be terminated. Moon roof is an Emergency exit only. Customer hereby waives any and all claims against GJ Limousine Service ,inc. and /or any of it’s agents or employees of the company for injury, loss or damage, including consequential damages to renter’s or his/her guest. If by any circumstance the limousine is a no-show to the appointment of our customer, the customer will then receive a total refund of the money that he/she has already given only. Customers under 21 yrs of age are NOT allowed to drink alcoholic beverages in the vehicle or run will be terminated immediately by the driver. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
